Teeth Grinding & Jaw Pain

It is common for people to clench or grind their teeth during the day or in their sleep. This can lead to broken fillings, chipped teeth and sensitivity, and when the teeth wear down they become weak and can often split. The grinding and clenching of teeth can put extra strain on the jaw, face and neck muscles, causing headaches as well as jaw, neck and shoulder pain.
